The Challenge
We were engaged to help the senior leadership team of Ashfield Baptist Homes build their next 18-month strategic plan. The aim was to align senior leaders on key strategic priorities and operations of top priority.
The Journey
We facilitated both pre-workshop exercises and a full day strategic planning day with the leadership team.
Our process included a pre-workshop strategic planning survey, semi-structured interviews, agenda setting, facilitation of a full off-site day, and the consolidation of feedback for the CEO to inform the updated strategic plan.
The Result
We consolidated the input of all senior leaders to shape the organisation’s strategic direction. Collaboration increased buy-in and ownership among the senior leadership team.
