The Challenge
Lander & Rogers’ family and relationship law practice group (45 lawyers) needed a new approach to strategic planning. They sought a dynamic facilitator who would bring out the best in the team and activate the group for growth.
The Journey
We curated a half-day planning day including fast-paced collaboration session around the key issues impacting the group.
Before the day, we immersed ourselves in identifying key issues through discussions with senior team members. Issues were collected, consolidated, and categorised for group discussion.
One the day, we facilitated a world-café style session to identify solutions to previously identified business challenges. Groups were intentionally cross-functional, and ideas were built upon through allocated table hosts.
The Result
The group was both energised and challenged. Internal expertise was harnessed for collaborative problem-solving – thus fueling innovation, strengthening leadership, building trust, and driving employee engagement.
