We undertook extensive quantitative and qualitative research among our client’s target audience in Singapore. Working closely with a Singaporean moderator, we identified and distilled cultural nuances and perceptions towards the client’s brand and offering.
Our client was able to get detailed information of how an overseas audience responded to their offering, as well as details of supporter servicing expectations and go-to-market recommendations in this new market.
