Compassion Australia engaged us to better understand their target audience in Singapore. They needed to understand how to shape their approach, product, and messaging for a Singaporean supporter base.

The Journey

We undertook extensive quantitative and qualitative research among Compassion’s target audience in Singapore. Working closely with a Singaporean moderator, we identified and distilled cultural nuances and perceptions towards Compassion.

The Result

Compassion gained extensive learnings about their target audienc, including their response to Compassion’s offering, supporter servicing expectations, and go-to-market recommendations.
